Igweh holds HND computer Science (IMT Enugu, 1997), PGD Marketing, (IMO state University Owerri, 2001), MBA Marketing, (Enugu State University of Science and Technology Enugu, 2006), Certificate in Customer relationship management, Team building techniques, Emotional intelligence in relationship management, (Career Resource Center, Baltimore Maryland USA. 2005.), Certificate in Triton first level support for Customers,( Abingdon Oxford shire United Kingdom, 2006), and Certificate on Aptra NDC, customer services (NCR University Motherwell Scotland, United Kingdom 2007).
Igweh a seasoned banker joined the defunct Equity bank in 2000 as an Executive trainee; he worked in many branches and departments. He was the regional coordinator Total Quality Management whose duty is to ensure staff conforms to Policy and procedure of the bank.
He joined Intercontinental bank 2005 during the banking consolidation. He was the regional team support Supervisor. While in the bank he attended several Oversee courses on Customer service management and ICT. He has coordinated several in- house courses on Customer service delivery and effective marketing. He worked in several department including Marketing, Admin, Info Tech, ATM and Customer service.
He left Intercontinental Bank December 2009 and joined Padoserve limited as the Managing Director and Chief consultant in 2010. Igweh is currently overseeing the Consulting Group of the company. He is a dynamic, resourceful, intelligent and highly creative leader. He has facilitated several Customer service seminars and trainings.
